Travel Through Hyperspace: Poster Design
An experiment in reverse process. Building up shapes and forms without regard to composition and organization I first created a hyper-dense canvas. Focusing on geometric forms and linear connections, I blocked and removed selective pieces to form a coherent composition.
From here, I responded to the forms that had been created. The poster was then structured as an fictive advertisement for hyper-speed travel. The visual and written language reflect a society acclimated to speed and visual density.
